Aussie John Symond has listed a Double Bay retail property. The boutique shop and residence has Maree Conley’s homewares outlet Conley & Co. It was bought by Symond in 2014 for $4.8 million. The Alexander Tzannes-designed retail property was sold by the former Trent Nathan chief Shane Barr. There is a $6.5 million to $7 million guide by Brad Caldwell-Eyles of 1st City Double Bay, who sold it last time.
