John Ganderton - Fund + Protect
John has spent time in property and finance related roles for the past 10+ years. John joined Macquarie Bank in 2007 in a structured finance role focusing on property related transactions from both a debt and equity perspective. With a focus on development projects, John has experience across all asset classes with strong understanding of how best to structure a transaction to maximise the financial outcome.
John’s strength lies in a passion for providing clients with an end-to-end service of the highest level. After spending a period outside Macquarie working in a property funds business, John has the ability to see a transaction from both sides of the table enabling him to service clients to the highest level. With experience across transactions from small home loans to $100m+ investment and development finance facilities, John is positioned to help you with whatever debt requirements you have.
John holds a Bachelor of Property Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Technology Sydney, a Masters of International Business and Finance from Sydney University and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
