1st City Wins 'Best Real Estate Agency' in Australia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016. 1ST CITY has taken first place in the ‘Best Real Estate Agency Australia’ category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, 8th April 2016. 1ST CITY competed amidst the best property professionals across Asia Pacific to be awarded this title.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are in their 24th year and are the region’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme with over 900 entries this year. The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts with the judging panel chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Liverpool, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
