Cara Atchison
Following over 12 years in financial operations and project management in finance and superannuation as a business analyst at MLC/NAB, Cara comes armed into Real Estate with an arsenal of client skills and troubleshooting know-how; Cara found her skills readily transferrable into launching her own real estate business alongside her husband Brad Caldwell-Eyles.
Cara seasoned her craft working within Sydney's premiere property precincts, teamed amidst the industry's highest calibre agency groups.
In 2009, Cara stepped into owning and operating her own agency as one of the directors of, what is now the 1st City Real Estate Group.
A dozen years later, Cara oversees her operations and marketing team across multiple offices. It is her role, however, of close collaboration with 1st City's many valued clients and stakeholders (including developers, architects, creatives and designers) that provides Cara her ultimate professional satisfaction and pride.
You may also recognise Cara from her recent appearance on Australian Survivor Series 6, Brains V Brawn in Cloncurry. Skills that Cara has been carefully honing in her Real Estate career such as resilience, empathy, resourcefulness, negotiation skills, teamwork all of which were underpinned with integrity, enabled her to finish Survivor in the extremely impressive position of 4th place.
