I appointed Julian and his team after meeting two other real estate agents firms, as his approach was refreshing and energetic, along with a proven track record in the Eastern Suburbs. I referenced Julian prior to his appointment, and heard he was very good at negotiation and 'getting a property sold'. Julian was meticulous in the detail in getting the house ready for sale, making sure it presented at its best. Demonstrating Julian's attention to detail, he met with the stylist and the photographer, to ensure furnishing and photography went as planned.
